I have been at Miro for 2 months and really enjoying it so far. Here are my favorite things about working at Miro: - Pace of work: Miro is a very high pace, fast moving, hyper growth environment. There are lots of things happening all the time and there's constantly something new to learn. You'll never be bored working here. - Culture: Miro is the most international company I have ever worked. I really enjoy being on teams with 5-10 different nationalities and appreciate the fact that overall the culture is really welcoming to new perspectives and different cultural experiences - Creativity and Learning: Miro is still a very "all hands on deck" company. We all help each other out. You are encouraged to come up with your own ideas and try them out, as long as they support the greater good of the customer and the success of the company. There is some structure, but overall it's a pretty fluid/flexible way of working.
Cons
If you don't enjoy a fast paced work environment, it might be difficult to keep up/stay up to speed with the way everyone else is working. We are in hyper growth mode so it will take some time before we slow down the speed of work.
