Organization is a mess—people are not aligned goals, structure is confusing, no-one knows what other people at the company do or how to work with them. People do not feel trusted or empowered to do their best work.
The main issue: the culture is really really hard on employees. People consistently work on weekends and expect others to work on weekends. Slacks from leadership during the weekends are to be expected. There is so much work and very little prioritization. We're all completely swamped and exhausted and people are checked out. Yes, there's a therapy benefit, but that's a bandaid on a broken culture that needs to be re-built. The therapy benefit is not a solution. Miro sucks you dry as an employee and a human.
