      Pros

      Wonderful, loyal, long term management staff that has mostly been squeezed out by the GM. Beautiful setting. Beautiful island to live and work on.

      Cons

      There is zero loyalty to professionals. Do your research before considering this place as a "career option". Very high turnover amongst management. Most would attribute to the very unpredictable moods of the Vice president of hotels.

      Pros

      Great working conditions with very fair management. The pay was decent and I got 2 days off each week. The rent cost was average but the food in the EDR is so-so.

      Cons

      Shared dorm housing can be challenging depending on who your roomies are.

      Long hours (as expected) and sometimes it's hard to get off island.
