Great working conditions with very fair management. The pay was decent and I got 2 days off each week. The rent cost was average but the food in the EDR is so-so.

Shared dorm housing can be challenging depending on who your roomies are.

Friendly Staff, helpful management, great HR people!

Long hours (as expected) and sometimes it's hard to get off island.
