Let's list it: Defense group is pathetic at best. Managers tell the engineer to somehow manage the project and clear ATP by hook or crook even if the board is faulty. You are not allowed to learn anything. The interface that you do in your 1st project, you will be made to do only those in future projects too. No learning at all. There is no appreciation of job you are performing. You will be made to work from office even in pandemic if you are not favourite of manager. 9 am to 9 pm work is usual and is not considered any extra work. Be prepared to receive only 50% of your deserved compensation. Where market is increasing salaries, Mistral is doing opposite. No pandemic related compensation or WFH benefits. Recently, when many cases of corona came into office, it was not closed. Resources where made(forced) to come. All the Managers rest in their homes while resource has to come office risking infection of corona.
