- Wages below the market
- CEO is aggressive, disrespectful, provides no guidance for the company, yells at the team in the middle of the office, threats people to lose their jobs if they don't do whatever he wants (like go to Apple store replace his phone)
- CEO provides no leadership, he calls himself the boss, has an EGO bigger than himself
- CEO makes their direct reports feel like trash. He humiliates, make bad jokes, rubs in your face your mistakes in front of the whole company
- CEO is considered a joke by majority of the company and no one believes that he can lead this company to succeed
