Everyone on the management team is exceptionally caring and works to get to know the staff on a personal level. Leadership is focused on the growth and development of employees, and individual contributions are valued across all teams.

We're building a product that makes a difference in the world -- because of that, the team hires really mission-driven individuals, which cuts down on drama and internal politics. The founders care deeply about culture and individual growth, which is a rarity in the industry.

We are definitely a startup, so we move very quickly and sometimes without clear processes.
