Pros
I was welcomed into Moburst with open arms over a year ago, and it still feels like home to me. My managers are incredible people that have taught me everything I know, and our team is the best group of people! So fun and intelligent, I know I can count on my teammates on anything. I am going through some rough times personally, and it's incredible how much support, love, and understanding I'm getting from my managers and teammates. I don't take it for granted, and I'll never forget it. Companys are measured in tough times, and although Covid was not easy at first, Moburst has grown and flourished ever since. It brought us closer together even though we're working remotely. We have a variety of clients, so work is always refreshing and new. There's so much to learn from our range of clients. And the work itself is fascinating to me. I had the chance and encouragement to grow and develop my skills, I feel like my work is valuable and appreciated, and I know that whenever I need extra help (courses, etc.) - I will happily receive it. I really recommend working in Moburst. It's the best workplace I could have asked for.
