Pros

Some of the employees in the Dallas office are genuinely good at their jobs and good people to be around, the trouble is that they are the minority in the office. Company has a national presence and holds some big accounts.

Cons

Poor pay based on industry standard, start almost all positions at 33k/year. Company continues to get new business and overload employees with additional work without a raise or hiring new people. Middle managers are fairly young and this is most of their first experiences managing others and you can tell that some are not cut out for managing at this stage in their career. Constantly blaming lowest person in chain of command for mistakes. Nitpick menial mistakes as if they are massive issues. Show major signs of favoritism in the office. Continue to take on new business leading to more overworking of every employee which leads to general unfriendly communication and not a good culture to be a part of.
