      Pros

      Lots of extracurricular programs for employees to get involved in. Tries to compensate for isolating cubicle work by teaming employees up for social or corporate engagement events. Great benefits. Lots of training opportunities. Opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Repetitive and isolating cubicle work-nature of the business, though.

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
