Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your employment. At Moda, we agree that a collaborative and supportive environment help provide our employees with the tools to do their best. We feel our benefits are competitive as we offer our employees either a 90 or 95% paid health benefits for employees. Our vacation starts out at 3 weeks with a bonus day and goes up each year. Your feedback about split vacation and sick days are noted. Many years ago, we had separate policies and to keep in line with industry standards, we synced up time off into one PTO bucket that can be used at our employee's discretion. Our downtown office does not offer free parking, but we do subsidize 50% of a monthly parking pass. Each year we review our benefits and will include your feedback in our upcoming discussion. Pros

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Cons

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
