      Moda offers a lot of employee benefits through different fitness and craft classes. The hours are flexible and departments work together all the time.

      Cons

      There is a lack of training.

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

      a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
