Pros
There are lots of good folks working at Moda. The company has a very diverse group of employees across a wide range of specialties. Benefits and salary are also good.
Cons
At least where I am (part of IT), there is almost no reasoned planning and approach to projects. Arbitrary deadlines are used to "motivate" employees. There seems to be a fundamental problem of trust and a lack of interest in improving work practices. Management also doesn't really care about employee advancement, although lip-service is paid to the idea. It can be incredibly difficult to get even basic tools and training.
