      Supportive management, affordable benefits, generous time off, work from home, flexible schedule, work/life balance is fantastic, DEI program, supportive to the community.

      Cons

      tedious work, very little room for growth, pay is middling, mandatory OT is terrible.

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
