Pros
The aspect of working at Modsy that I value the most is the flexibility of working in my own schedule and at any location. I also feel a lot of freedom when permorming my main tasks, as they allow you to use your creativity to the fullest when designing. I also value that they use permormance incentives which helps me get rewarded for my hard effort.
Cons
The basic pay is not very high, but with the incentive bonuses it balances out.
