      only one positive thing is 3 week of vacation

      Cons

      Too many to list, 1% 401k match, no raises, no communication meetings, rather spend money on anything other than employees and 70% turn over in 2 yrs

Years ago, we failed to engage you as an employer and that was never our intent. Growing pains are a double-edged sword--some decisions are necessary but may not be popular or clear.       The people around you make the experience great. Traveling to meet clients, if you like that. Lot of work but not too much, so good work life balance.

      While the onboarding process was smooth, there’s still a learning curve as I familiarize myself with the company’s specific tools and processes. However, I view this as a temporary challenge that comes with any new role.
