      Pros

      Modula literally has doubled the amount of employees in the past few years. It's had some rough times because of so many new jobs/people but it's a good thing because the business is growing rapidly. We're making more machines each year and now opening a second factory in Ohio. Leadership works well with each other and we have a very friendly management team that mingles with us all the time like they're a coworker and not a boss. Sometimes communication gets confusing or not given, but I think that's because it's not really a small company anymore and we're not used to having some key people to go to for info. But in the past year there's been a lot of organizing of the growth and grouping of departments. This has helped, so probably not a con anymore.

      Cons

      The company is based in Italy and sometimes the differences between America and Italy can be confusing about how we work but that's not really a big problem. It takes some getting use to this but eventually I've found being in a global company is pretty cool!

      The people around you make the experience great. Traveling to meet clients, if you like that. Lot of work but not too much, so good work life balance.

      While the onboarding process was smooth, there’s still a learning curve as I familiarize myself with the company’s specific tools and processes. However, I view this as a temporary challenge that comes with any new role.
