2yModula values all of our employees experiences. Thank you for taking the time to share yours. Since your initial comment, Modula has focused on creating an innovative approach to our quality program and solving the quality issues on the production floors, even before they happen. We recently added a Quality Engineer and will continue to grow our Quality processes and procedures. Our service and quality team work hard every day to be proactive in continuing to resolve quality issues and ensuring we have best practices in place. Another initiative that we have focused on is promoting and/or supporting many employees with departmental moves within the organization. These moves have successfully led to employee upskilling and retention, along with an opportunity to grow from within. Modula believes in having the right people in the right seat, in order to promote success for each employee. In the past year, Modula has also invested in and has embraced an employee driven culture initiative which has fostered unity within Modula, and has strengthened communication on all levels. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope you have seen improvements in these areas!
