      Flexible work schedule for personal issues, excellent leadership, fast-paced growth with many diverse opportunities. Team dynamics are excellent, very cooperative and professional.

      Great benefits and the return on the ESOP is phenomenal.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Clickish coulture is awarded. If you are in the group then you are untouchable. Buck the system or hold someone in the click accountable and you will be let go.
