Low pay scale for beginners. Lack of communication. Lack of supplies. Lack of leadership. Lack of experience in administration. Lack of incentivized pay based off of production.

MWork–life balance is essentially nonexistent. Long hours are the norm, expectations are unclear, and personal time is not respected. Burnout is treated as part of the job rather than a problem to fix. Safety leadership is extremely disappointing. Despite safety being a core part of the business, leadership lacks accountability, consistency, and credibility. Safety initiatives feel performative rather than genuinely supported, and concerns raised from the field are often ignored or minimized.
