      Pros are very limited like they have good latest tech stach

      Cons

      Work culture is worst, They often try to market themselves as mid level company but actually it's a startup with no policies structured yet, 0 Work life balance and constant micro management and pressure with corporate politics

      Pros

      PSA to anyone who worked at Modulr and was impacted by the redundancies - you should phone ACAS and describe the situation and get advice. In classic Modulr style laws have been broken regarding consultation periods.

      Cons

      The management team are incredibly dumb, it’s quite embarrassing. The ceo has discovered Gen ai and thinks it can replace everyone (god help the clients who are already annoyed at issues and bad service). The rest of the senior management team have not outputted anything in their careers apart from nonsense slides (why does the board not intervene…)
