The founders really care about you as a person. Good work-life balance. Location is very convenient to GCT and subways (especially 7 line), in a nicely kept-up WeWork. Excellent lunch options in this part of town. (Midtown east) I feel involved and important to the company. My input is valued and acted on. Honesty, transparency and ethics are very important to management. Mentoring is encouraged throughout the team. Founders make themselves available for one-on-one talks.

Each department working hand in hand to growing Monaeo as an organization. - For a small team, their business processes are very efficient and are always up for new implementation to get to better efficiency if need be. - WeWork offices that Monaeo resides in are top of the line and provide a sense of community as well.
