      Pros

      Some incredible talent at this start up, tho the 2 finance guys that ran it didn’t empower them.

      Cons

      It suffered multiple mass exoduses. The company never found its formula. I don’t recommend it. If you do work here make sur you get your package laid out and signed in writing before you join. And have a lawyer check everything, just trust me on this.

      Pros

      The founders really care about you as a person. Good work-life balance. Location is very convenient to GCT and subways (especially 7 line), in a nicely kept-up WeWork. Excellent lunch options in this part of town. (Midtown east) I feel involved and important to the company. My input is valued and acted on. Honesty, transparency and ethics are very important to management. Mentoring is encouraged throughout the team. Founders make themselves available for one-on-one talks.
