Thank you for your feedback and review. MoneySmart understands the importance of compensating competitively within each market in which we operate. We have a remuneration philosophy and practices whereby we benchmark regularly against market rates in each region.
We will always strive to ensure benefits and pay grades are as competitive as they can be within our business model; but also would emphasise the value of non-monetary benefits including regular team events, a great working environment and company culture.
We’re sorry to hear that MoneySmart has not lived up to your expectations. We take your feedback very seriously and are looking into how we can do better going forward.
