      Not many pros at all. The company offers incentives to lure you in.

      Cons

      Terrible management and supervisors. Treatment of employees is cold and careless. Bullying is a trend. By other employees as well as supervisors. Gossiping and nasty mouths from Supervisors. They simply do not care. Very ghetto atmosphere. Drug use on the premises. Gun shots. Disgusting product and quality. Do not be fooled by the perks they seem to offer. You will be just another number.

      The people overall are good, however given it is in Memphis they do not attract top talent. Work life balance is good overall.
