The people overall are good, however given it is in Memphis they do not attract top talent. Work life balance is good overall.

None I can think of.

Cons

Promotions were not based on seniority, all jobs were at the same level, but management and trainers would pick and choose who got moved where. Unexpected layoffs and mandatory overtime sometimes, typically start/leave an hour earlier or later and weekends as needed.
