Pros
The pay was decent, the food was excellent and the building was beautiful inside and out. The nurses and assistants were caring and hard working. The residents and their family members were awesome.
Cons
Management was a joke. The Administrator was more concerned about getting a big bonus than meeting the basic needs of the staff and residents. She did not care that the staff was working short and exhausted. Training...what training? Don't bother trying to discuss with the owner... He will just send one of his goons to "pacify" you or in other words, to shut you up. Always about the almighty dollar... Just a shame.
