      If you work enough hours per week you are entitled to union benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely hostile work environment. Management pits employees against each other. Management avoids taking accountability for handling the culture of bullying and harassment that takes place among staff, and one of the managers is the biggest offender. They also perpetrate and condone sexual harassment. Working here is not worth the stress of the subhuman treatment.

      Great team of dedicated individuals. The tenure at the SPH is incredibly and rare in this industry. Above property leadership treats team well.

      Demanding hours, as it is with most hotel operations roles.

      colleges are okay, friendly not discriminating.

      nothing is good in this company from employee experience, the don't threat you right, everything is not transparent, the will send you home whatever, no compromises, harassing managers, also racist if you not from US they will not give you work on busy hours.
