Pros
Great atmosphere and most customers really love the shop. Even though I was only on a 4 hour contract i got given most overtime I asked for so it was a great help. You liaise with other stores too at times which helps in the learning process throughout the job and boosts confidence.
Cons
Regarding the pushchair and car seat section of the shop I felt as if I needed more training; some areas I had no training in, which is really unprofessional. As well as this there was a high demand for bra measurement and I had to decline help due to no training.
