We are growing fast and will continue to see the business grow and succeed into the future. Positive hiring process, thorough onboarding, weekly 1:1s with directors and open door with all executives, daily standups with ALL Motiv staff, great benefits, bonuses, and a strong culture. You have the option to working remotely (most are 100% remote with occasional optional office visits.

I could mention one or two cons, but the only ones I can think of are currently being addressed. This is just how Motiv works - if there are issues, they get resolved by the entire executive team coming together with the entire Motiv team to solve problems.
