Pros

You can kind of make your own schedule. It's door to door sales, so you should be able to work when you want to.

Cons

It's all straight commission. They don't even help you out from the start. Half of the time you will have leads in neighborhoods already worked.

Pros

Looking for a place to develop your, leadership skills, sales skills over the phone and launch your sales career. This is the place. The leadership at the company puts a lot of time into developing their sales people at a very intentional level. The level of support and development is a breath of fresh air. The team environment is super fun, love the coworkers here. The monthly spiffs and contests make work fun.

Cons

must enjoy talking to people since this is a phone sales/B2B sales roles here. (not really a con)

Pros

Constant team communication Company Credit Card Loose work schedule PTO higher than most places Starting salary was GREAT Bonus/Commission oppurtunities

Cons

Not a lot of in person training. TONS of driving. Company credit card covers gas only, no tires, breaks, alignments, or oil changes are covered. After over a year lost most of my successful accounts and had to start over from the ground up.
