Pros

If you want a resume builder for a sales career there are few things that are better looking than door to door 100% commission sales.

Cons

There's no reason anybody should be a sales rep here unless they absolutely cannot find a real sales gig with a base pay and benefits. There are just so many opportunities out there that make working here a totally nonsensical decision. The only thing I can think is that maybe there are just no good jobs in their successful markets because attempts to branch out in the past to more developed parts of the country seem to have failed more than once. Even becoming a W2 employee here you'll find the benefits are horrible and the money just doesn't make sense. If you are successful in your career then DO NOT be enticed by promises of bigger better things on the horizon. The executive team is great at selling the dream but it's all a bait and switch. I felt totally deceived when I started my new role and was met with a completely outrageous set of standards and not a single tool given to me to hit them. I am a very experienced sales rep and have been successful everywhere I have gone. This company resells AT&T products (U-Verse) and I can tell you that it's the most clunky and unintuitive sales process I have ever seen. I've never seen a company get in the way of the success of its sales reps more than AT&T does. Specifically their order submission process but also their non-competitive promotions and products. Don't let anybody tell you that you're selling best in class services because I never once made a sale that didn't call me a week later due to trouble with their service. I've never had so many issues with so little sales volume.

As a company we apologize for anything we have done to make you feel like this. We were unaware any one on our team felt this way and would love to talk about this in person and get feedback on how we can improve the role as well as the overall experience for the D2D team. We have a vast amount of resources that can help as all other divisions of the company are thriving and we do not want even one employee to feel neglected or overlooked. You are more than welcome to come by anytime and speak with any member of the Executive team if you wish.

Pros

You can kind of make your own schedule. It's door to door sales, so you should be able to work when you want to.

Cons

It's all straight commission. They don't even help you out from the start. Half of the time you will have leads in neighborhoods already worked.

Pros

Located in a cool building

Cons

Your pay consistently gets worse, they treat the sales team as if they are peasants, it's a charade that they're all about company culture because I have never seen so many people bullied at a company, so much blatant favoritism, nor so many silenced for expressing their ideas and views. All around toxic.
