      Pros

      There are no pros for Movinga: they closed 3 BUs letting customer and partners without any kind of contacts.

      Cons

      More than 200 people fired illegally in one day without any notice or explanation (in Germany mass dismissals must be noticed one month in advance). They tried to let us sign a mutual agreement in which we were supposed to waste our vacation days left.

      Pros

      I've been at two other places that talk about employees as family. This is the first place where it feels like it. Everyone is in the loop. Good work, good people. When there is an issue we raise it and fix it. Communication is better than anywhere I've been in the past.
