      Fun , young , energized , staff with good coffee.

      Lack of leadership , Felt like being on a cruise ship floating in the sea without a captain.

      Pros

      I've been at two other places that talk about employees as family. This is the first place where it feels like it. Everyone is in the loop. Good work, good people. When there is an issue we raise it and fix it. Communication is better than anywhere I've been in the past.
