      As a Product Owner at Movinga, I see one of the most exciting challenges is transforming the moving industry from an old fashioned into a digitally facilitated one. The Product/Tech team is very diverse and has a really fun atmosphere, which makes it exciting to work at Movinga

      Cons

      As most of the start-ups, things can get a little bit messy in terms of managing different projects and wanting to go into different directions. However, this is something that is acknowledged and currently being improved

      Pros

      I've been at two other places that talk about employees as family. This is the first place where it feels like it. Everyone is in the loop. Good work, good people. When there is an issue we raise it and fix it. Communication is better than anywhere I've been in the past.
