Pros
Worked here during re-fi boom -- great comp plan when it came down to being a call center LO. Easy to make a lot of money if you work hard and are competent. If you're a top performer management tends to back off of micro-managing
Cons
When the market downturned so did working here -- their attempt at saving the department was laughable, and the way they went about ending it left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths. But what can you expect when rates go from 2% up to almost 8% and most of your employees are re-fi focused...at the end of the day it is a business. Work life balance can become an issue when things are good because there is so much business to handle...expected to work weekends if production is down.
