Our pay philosophy is built on transparency and on our principle that we “pay for performance”. To enable this, we also regularly review and benchmark our compensation to ensure we are market-competitive across all of our roles.
When it comes to the instructor-to-cohort ratios and learner outcomes, we're laser-focused on ensuring our learning drives consequential impact without overloading our delivery teams. We want to lead the way in sustainable working practices, which is why we are actively rolling out AI agent pilots across all of our internal teams right now to automate manual tasks, streamline reporting, and drastically reduce the day-to-day administrative work for instructors and coaches in particular.
