Everyone at Multiverse is focused on creating a better future through apprenticeships and the social focus of the mission is far from lip service - it's central to everything we do. It's a really caring environment where leaders invest in professional development, listen to staff and take action. Colleagues are smart, kind and a pleasure to be around. Supporting people's (apprentice's) professional success is really rewarding and it's lovely to have a job that facilitates doing interesting work, whilst contributing to a valuable mission and having scope to progress.
Cons
Working mostly remotely, it can be difficult to connect with colleagues and get an uncurated narrative around what is happening at the company. Despite this, the leadership are putting things in place to make teams more connected and collaborative.

- great training and development / high standards
- sellers can earn high 6 figures. There are multiple 7 figure earners at the top
- executive team and leadership has a history of winning big
- the people are highly skilled and talented, growth mindsets everywhere
Cons
- not really a con for me but it’s a competitive environment (everyone is eager to prove)
- if you’re not ready to excel and work hard you could fall short of teammates who are

We’re growing fast, so ensuring the high-level strategy feels connected on the ground can be challenging, but this is an area we’re seen consistent improvement in our employee feedback surveys.
