We appreciate your frank feedback. It’s clear there’s some difference between our perception and your experience of Multiverse.
To address your point on data-driven decisions, we believe data is crucial to measuring success and making smart, thoughtful decisions - and I think most businesses would agree. However this shouldn’t take away from our people-first approach.
I hear your feedback on manager training and we launched a new 9 month leadership programme for all managers at Multiverse in January and we’re already receiving great feedback and results on this.
We understand rapid growth can be a challenge, but it’s also an opportunity - we definitely see it that way, and at all levels make space to support employees to reach their potential. As for opportunities and pay raises, my team has spent a lot (!) of time on a well-thought reward system, designed to recognise team members on merit and competency, in a fair and equitable way.
Lastly, on being a 'cult' - this has popped up in reviews before and it always makes me chuckle.
