      Pros

      Great location, some court experience, exposure to working with the public. Caseloads are very heavy. Benefits are pretty good and it's close to public transportation.

      Cons

      Stale management, understaffed. Caseloads are barely manageable. Training is inconsistent, lacks usable resources, and is severely underdeveloped. Training is also so limited in its delivery that it lacks the resources to address varied learning styles.

      Love the fantastic benefits and the yearly cost of living increases

      Cons

      Union contract negotiations move slowly so the annual increases can talk a while to be in effect

      Pros

      Like anywhere you work. If you have a good boss then this place is okay. Management is clueless in regards to technology and have zero incentive to learn.

      Cons

      Technology is improving but IT department gets incentives to say no to you. Simple things take forever because no one in IT has ever actually worked in a real IT company.
