Loved the team -- great family environment, support, and management was always helpful.

I don't have many complaints of my time there. It was a joy to work at this bank.

Bonus payouts are good. Family is important to the company only IF you fit into there "click". Birthday lunches are good.

Lending has no structure, horrible training, poor leadership and communication from management. Lending side is ran like a dictatorship. Extremely Unprofessional, demeaning, condescending mean spirited management. Be very careful if you decide to work for this Bank.
