Murphy Bank interview questions

The interview was Very informal. They wore polos and the hiring manager did not make eye contact. They never called back after multiple attempts to reach them after the interview. When I did get a hold of them they told me that they will have a decision at the end of the week. its been almost 5 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them.
