- Myriad's values employees, and truly tries to create an office where people have the opportunity to achieve success and further their careers. - The huge amount of growth over the past few years has put the company in a very exciting position, and as the relationships (with customers, manufacturers, distributors, etc.) continue to deepen there really is the feeling that the growth will continue at the same pace.
Cons
- With accelerated growth there can be some growing pains, such as not having some departments staffed up as quickly as needed or taking on too many projects at once.
