      They get great health insurance

      Cons

      NACHC workplace culture is the classic extremely toxic nonprofit environment. They lay off staff with zero warning and are entirely concerned with profits and "growth" with no regard for the actual mission and work they claim to support. Management is completely out of touch with the work on the ground.
