Pros
c- In a quieter part of town near airport. - Flexibility on hours. - A little more "fun" during Halloween and Christmas since everyone is friendly and it feels more like a smaller company
Cons
- The hours are HORRIBLE. If you are on-call then you are on-call at any point any time no matter who else is on-call. Essentially you are always on-call. - Not very professional with look of building, facilities, and lack of clean bathrooms. - Would often rather cut corners to get things done than do them the right way. - Management is designed and structured very strange there. Many are in positions that they don't belong in at all(I know this is said a lot but seriously....AT ALL). - Near a somewhat sketchy part of town....while quiet is also a little sketchy to drive to. - Lack of money/career growth. You will not make a lot of money at NCP Solutions.
