      There are great people working there. Never an end to things needing to be done.

      Cons

      Under staffed and leads to undue pressure from management. Under paid for the skill set required to do the job.

      Pros

      Stay in decent hotels. Per diem. People you work with are solid. Coordinators are good.

      Cons

      Communication from the fleet side of the business is uneven. Schedule can change multiple times per month. Overnight driving is common (not an issue for me.)
