      Commission based and a lot less KPI orientated than other recruitment companies (or so I’ve heard). Really good promotion.

      Cons

      Massive favouritism and bias from management. Impacts morale.

      Great people , easily accessible!

      No pto or holidays but they try to mitigate this by getting you the highest rate they can.

      Very busy, always something to do.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Focus primarily on sales side, support side seen as less valuable. Bonus not even 10% of salary. No opportunity to negotiate bonus or salary. No opportunity to advance. Certain people favored.
