NFU Mutual is genuinely a great place to work, with a strong focus on people, culture, and work-life balance and I have never felt it more than working here. The team environment is very supportive and collaborative, and there’s a real sense that colleagues want to help each other succeed. The role is varied and provides opportunities to build a broad skill set, which keeps the role interesting.
Cons
At times, the role can feel reactive, with a need to constantly manage competing demands and last-minute changes. As a PA, a lot of the work is behind the scenes, so your impact may not always be as visible as in other roles.
