Pros

I've worked here over 10 years and I've been promoted numerous times. Since the company is still growing, there continues to be a lot of opportunities for advancement. They provide a lot of educational opportunities for us like tuition reimbursement and being able to take free NH classes. The flexibility and work-life balance is really good too. The PTO package is pretty generous and there is a 401k with a company match.

Cons

No cons really. It is a solid company. We don't have Google-level perks like free lunches and nap pods, but we have a good culture. Don't pay attention to the few sour reviews. Some people just simply don't like being held accountable. Check the company out for yourself and don't let a few disgruntled people scare you away. Go out to LinkedIn and actually reach out to some people who work here, especially those who have worked here for a while. We stay here so long for a reason.

Pros

Best sales support of any employer I have worked for. I've been with New Horizons (NH Learning Solutions) for several years. The level of support and recognition for the sales force is superior to any I have experienced. Hard work and positive attitudes are appreciated and rewarded. I enjoy getting up and going to work because I know I can make something exciting happen every day. It's that kind of culture.

Cons

It's not easy but no sales role is. Like every sales position I know of, you reap what you sow. You get out of it what you put into it. I have seen some new sales reps come in and expect to be successful without the effort. They weren't. I have seen far more reps come in with a can-do attitude, put forth the time and effort, and enjoy the financial rewards and the company recognition.
