      Ideal training ground for conflict resolution. There is ALWAYS some kind of dispute.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't support supervision when it comes to a reprimands. Quality control standards need an upgrade. Supervision team is split, there's no team work.

      Managers are great. But there are a lot of them.

      Cons

      Avoid at all costs. Incompetence at the highest level. Salaried and hourly. No hourly pay. No Salaried privileges.
